About Our Service:
• Personalizations: You can customize everything to the passenger’s preference: brand of water, preferred music, temperature, welcome card, bottle of champagne, and more. Most customizations come at no extra cost.
• Guaranteed Reservation: We will never leave a client stranded. Whether a flight is delayed or there’s any other issue, we will handle it. In some cases, there may be an additional cost, but we will always have a solution to ensure no client is left without service.
• Invoices: We will send electronic invoices for all services provided via email.
• Bilingual Staff (English-Spanish): Operating in South Florida, we believe it is essential for our chauffeurs and staff to be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Free Cancellation up to 3 Hours Before: Book with confidence! If needed, you can cancel your reservation for free up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. In case of cancellation with less than 3 hours’ notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
