How does our Long Distance Chauffeur Service work?
• For Pick-Up at an Address:
Your vehicle will be available 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time at the designated address.
In all cases, the contact details of your designated chauffeur will be provided 12-24 hours before your reservation to facilitate coordination.
• For Airport Pick-Up:
Your designated chauffeur will be tracking your flight. If it arrives early or is delayed, don’t worry- we will know and adjust your reservation time accordingly. You will find your designated chauffeur inside the airport, holding a sign with your name at the terminal exit for international flights or in the baggage claim area for domestic flights.
* For private flights, your chauffeur will meet you at the aircraft steps.
• For Port Pick-Up:
Your designated chauffeur will send you a welcome message and the necessary instructions for the meeting point. Please note that the Meet and Greet service is not available at the ports.
• On the Road:
Our professional chauffeurs, experienced in these types of trips, will choose the fastest and safest route. If you need a stop along the way, just let your chauffeur know.
