Information may be collected through website forms, WhatsApp communications, SMS messages, social media interactions, phone calls, third-party platforms, business partners, as well as through direct or indirect contracting of services.
5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Personal data will be used to manage, coordinate and execute mobility, transportation and logistics services; manage bookings, itineraries and complex operations; coordinate with third-party providers necessary for service execution; provide customer support; process payments and billing; carry out operational communications; execute marketing, advertising and remarketing campaigns across multiple channels; analyze user behavior and improve experience; and comply with legal obligations.
Within these operations, the Company may share relevant information with third-party providers, including data necessary for proper service delivery such as trip details, customer preferences and special needs.
The Company may use automation tools, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence technologies and commercial management systems (including marketing and sales) to optimize its services, operations, communications and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
6. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The Company processes personal data based on the execution of a requested service, its legitimate interest in operating and improving the business, and user consent where applicable, particularly for commercial communications.

The user agrees that the Company may contact them via WhatsApp, SMS, social media messaging platforms and email. Payments are primarily processed through external platforms such as Stripe. The Company does not store sensitive financial information directly, except in exceptional cases where users provide such data through other means, in which case it will be handled with reasonable security measures.
